MEDICAL REMINDER: If attending any of the Cedar Valley-Nauvoo events and you have a need for any medications, including Epi Pens in an emergency, PLEASE be sure to bring your meds  with you and report your medical needs to the health staff upon arrival.

Paper registration forms should be completed and returned via email or USPS mail to Dawn Durgin, Registrar, 1095 S Warsaw Street, Nauvoo, IL 62354.

Cost:  Expenses for reunions (meals, utilities, supplies, housing, etc) averages $100/person.  Freewill offerings are collected throughout the reunions to help cover costs.

Procedures for Check-In: Everyone must check in with the registrar upon entering camp. RV/Trailers must check in with registrar for assigned spots.  Please be sure to inform the registrar and camp nurse of any medical problems/prescriptions upon check-in.

Adult supervision is required for all persons under the age of 18.    A completed Medical/Liability Release form must be submitted for each family/group or individual camper and staff.  No exceptions!  Please Note: The form is included as part of both the online registration link and the paper registration form!
