Q: I have several children going to camps and/or I have a child attending two camps. How do I register them?

A: At this point in time, there must be a separate registration form for each camp, and for each child. Please send one form and fee per child for each camp you have a child or children attending.

Q: My child has special dietary or medical needs. Who should I contact?

A: Please send a list of dietary/medical needs to the camp director (listed on each individual youth camp web page).

Q: I am interested in volunteering to work at a youth camp. How do I get involved?

All volunteers and staff are required to go through the youth worker registration process. You can find information about youth worker registration and the application at the left of this page.

Q: Due to my financial situation, I can’t afford to pay for camp. Is there financial assistance or scholarships available?

A: No child or youth will be turned away from camp if they lack funding. There is financial assistance available. Please contact the director of the camp your child will be attending for more information.

Q: What if I register and pay the camp fee but am unable to attend camp? Are there refunds?

A: In the event you are unable to attend a camp that you have registered and paid for, the full amount of the registration fee can be refunded. Contact the director of the camp you registered for.
