Sleeping in the Cedars: $15.00 per person per night (As of January 1, 2010)

If we do Cedars cleaning: $200.00
If we do dining/kitchen cleaning: $200.00

R/V Campers: $18.00 per day
Trailers with A/C: $12.00 per day
Trailers/Tents without A/C: $3.00 per day
Extra persons in tent or camper: $3.00 per person per day
Shelter: $4.00 per person per night
Day Camper (on grounds for less than 24 hours): $2.50 per person
TV/VCR/DVD Rental: $25.00 per day
Copier Fee: $.10 per copy

• Daily fees are computed by dividing the total number of hours needed for the event by 24 and then rounding up to the next whole number. For example: 36 hours / 24 = 1.5 Rounds up to 2 days.
• A damage deposit of $100.00 is required when reservation confirmation is made. This is refundable if cancellation is made 60 days in advance. Any damage or loss of CVG property that may occur will be deducted from the deposit.
• Each activity is responsible for arranging for its own cook(s).
• The activity director and/or caretaker will make an inspection tour of the facility being used before and after the event.
